A fumble on the first offensive series for Exeter could have been a sign of impending troubles. Brandon Unterkoefler and Nick Sarangoulis made sure that wasn't the case.
The two dynamic Exeter playmakers combined for seven touchdowns en route to a 49-20 victory over Muhlenberg in a Berks Football League Section 1 matchup Friday night at Laureldale.
Sarangoulis was the go-to guy for Exeter (1-1, 4-2). His two touchdowns opened the scoring and he finished with four scores to go along with 144 yards on 22 carries.
Unterkoefler was sparkling as well, completing 7-of-10 passes for 181 yards and three touchdowns while also rushing for 108 yards on just 12 carries.
The two helped the Eagles to more than 500 yards of total offense.
